These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website lweb.nl and the services made available by LinkWeb ("we", "us", "our") through this site or related technical endpoints. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

We provide information and services related to web development and related topics.

Some of our software may optionally send data to us—for example when a site administrator voluntarily submits feedback (such as a deactivation survey). That only happens under the conditions described in the relevant product documentation and is not required for normal use of the Website.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Zutphen, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Optional feedback from WordPress plugins

Some LinkWeb WordPress plugins may offer an optional deactivation feedback form. If you choose to submit it, a request may be sent to our endpoint at https://lweb.nl/wp-json/lweb/v1/deactivation-feedback. Data sent can include, for example: a selected reason, optional free-text comments, plugin version, site locale, whether the site is multisite, a one-way hash of the site hostname (not the full URL), PHP version, WordPress version, and a source identifier (e.g. linkweb_layerlens_v1) so the endpoint can attribute traffic. You can skip this step; no feedback is sent unless you submit the form.
